Kickboxing is a combat sport based on a hybrid striking system that combines elements of boxing, karate, and muay thai. Our Kickboxing classes focus on the proper technique and conditioning that you would need to climb into the ring to compete or to defend yourself if necessary. Our expert coaching staff has developed our Kickboxing curriculum over decades of training, traveling, and competing all over the world. You cannot help but get in shape with our faced pace and energetic classes.

Technique: Tuesday and Thursday from 8:20-9:20pm

Sparring: Friday 5:30-6:15pm
